TGIF!

It's official folks, I am exhausted!

It's also official that I am not 21 anymore.

A few years ago I would have been gearing up for a night on the town.

Tonight I am gearing up for a night on the couch.

Times they are a changing!

In fairness I did have a pretty active week:

Monday: Ran 3 miles, 40 minute Tabata class
Tuesday: Ran 3.5 miles, 30 minute 6 Weeks to 6 Pack DVD
Wednesday: Ran 3 miles (speed training)
Thursday: 45 minute spin class, 30 minute 6W26P DVD
Today: Ran 4 miles

Not to mention I worked, blogged, cooked, met up with a friend for some shopping....You get the point, I was busy.

Looks likes its gonna be a True Blood season 2/movie night for this lady.

And probably a little of this too.

So tell me, what's your favorite way to spend a Friday night?

  1. Honestly, I love to come home on Friday nights and watch a movie and cuddle up on the couch! I'm usually pooped by Friday night!

  4. Haha!!! Girl, I am exactly 3 months shy of turning 21 and I spent my Friday night in my PJ's baking and watching a movie, while all of my friends are out getting drunk.

But in my defense, I have a run in the morning and I'm still sick.

    ;)

And liquor and I aren't friends.

  5. I'm definitely all about the movie, sofa and blanket on Friday Night. I'm not 21 any more either. I feel old now.

  6. It's just not as fun once you turn 21-that's what I learned! Hey, at least you woke up this morning feeling a lot better than you would have!!!!!!

  7. Hey! Just checked out your blog since you commented on mine! Congrats on losing 35lbs, that's awesome (my goal is 30ish, and I've lost 11 so far). What made you stick with your running plan at first?

Also, I was a lame-o and went to bed early last night, so don't feel bad about not wanting to go out. I'm only 22, almost 23, and feel like I'm going on 40 on nights like those :)
