4 Things Thursday

Well kiddies it's time for the next edition of 4 Things Thursday but first I have a confession to make:

I am consuming copious amounts of chocolate as I type this.

That's right, I am sitting here thinking "Ohhh, look at me, I'm a Healthy Living Blogger writing my Healthy Living Blog" as I stuff my face with milk chocolatey goodness. The logic may be a tad flawed but I can't say I mind one little bit!

And with that, let's get on with our regularly scheduled program:

4 Things Thursday

  • It's a long weekend in Ontario and that means SLEEP!

Me likey some chick muscles!

4 Thoughts to Live By

  1. It is better to try and fail then live your life wondering "What if?"
  2. You can't change the past but you can learn from it and thereby change the future
  3. Control only what is yours to control, leave everything else to fate
  4. Don't take life too seriously, no one gets out alive anyway!

4 Blogs That I Want You to Check Out

  1. Honey, I Shrunk the Gretchen!
  2. The Life and Lessons of Rachel
  3. I Run, I Eat
  4. Crazy Running Legs

And that my friends concludes another 4 Things Thursday and it really leaves only one thing left to do.....Jersey Shore baby!! G'night!

So tell me, what's your favorite thing about Spring?

  1. My first thought to my favorite part of spring: I don't feel like I'm going to freeze to death the minute I walk outside! Other perfects: I see the sun more, I don't have to scrape my car every morning, SKIRTS & DRESSES, flowers, birds chirping, & people tend to be in better moods!

  7. First of all, great name for a blog. Second, I too can't wait to get outside (today) for "spring-ish" running it's going up to 68 in NYC. And third, great words to live by. Come on by I had a great guest chocolate post yesterday.

  9. Sometimes I feel a little hypocritical when I write a "healthy eating" post while being decidedly unhealthy - but moderation and indulgence is part of a healthy lifestyle! I'm glad you enjoyed your chocolate! I'm having a serious craving for fries, and I'm probably going to make some tonight!

  10. My favorite thing about spring is that first day that its warm enough to roll the windows down and drive around listening to fun music :)

Also, in your words to live by... I live my life by not wondering "what if"!

  11. That is such a cute photo of the couple and the boots! I love spring because it always gets me in the mood to clean my house/room/closet..... and that means more room for spring clothes!!

My favourite things about spring are:
    (1) knowing fresh fruits & veggies are on their way;
    (2) the sight of the first few flowers pushing their way out of the ground
(3)the scent of fresh cut lawn
(4)being able to exercise outdoors (BootyCamp rocks!!)
